Erskine. The scale was developed by Gregor \u017dvelc and Karolina Jovanoska.\u00a0 The scale consists of 20 items and measures five main dimensions of relational needs: 1) Authenticity, 2) Support and Protection, 3) Having an Impact, 4) Shared Experience, 5) Initiative from the other (\u017dvelc, Jovanoska, &amp; \u017dvelc, 2020). The overall score of relational needs satisfaction can also be calculated. RNSS&#8217;s original items were modified to pertain specifically to relationships with coworkers.
