Ko smo \u010duje\u010dni, se zavedamo svojega trenutnega do\u017eivljanja, ne da bi ga posku\u0161ali spremeniti ali mu ube\u017eati. Svojega do\u017eivljanja se zavedamo z odprtostjo, sprejemanjem in radovednostjo. V \u0161tevilnih raziskavah je bilo ugotovljeno, da ima tak\u0161en pristop do lastnega do\u017eivljanja pomembne pozitivne u\u010dinke na \u0161tevilnih podro\u010djih \u017eivljenja, vklju\u010dno z bolj\u0161im po\u010dutjem, zmanj\u0161anjem stresa, tesnobe in depresivnosti, izbolj\u0161anjem na podro\u010dju partnerskih odnosov in ve\u010djo kvaliteto \u017eivljenja nasploh.<\/p>\n<h3>Program Celostnega obvladovanja stresa<\/h3>\n<p>Celostno obvladovanje stresa (COS) je program, ki sku\u0161a celostno vplivati na kvaliteto posameznikovega \u017eivljenja. Osnova programa je u\u010denje \u010duje\u010dnosti (ang. mindfulness), ki je praksa zavedanja in opazovanja na\u0161ega trenutnega do\u017eivljanja. Praksa \u010duje\u010dnosti je ena izmed naju\u010dinkovitej\u0161ih metod obvladovanja stresa, ki je tudi raziskovalno potrjena. Poleg prakse \u010duje\u010dnosti program vklju\u010duje spoznanja sodobne pozitivne psihologije, kognitivne terapije, transakcijske analize in integrativne psihoterapije.<\/p>\n<h3>Komu je COS namenjen?<\/h3>\n<p>Vsem, ki \u017eelite zmanj\u0161ati stres in zvi\u0161ati kvaliteto \u017eivljenja. Uporaben je zlasti za obvladovanje naslednjih te\u017eav:<\/p>\n<p>\u203a stres na delovnem mestu, v dru\u017eini in vsakdanjem \u017eivljenju,<br \/>\n\u203a telesne te\u017eave (povi\u0161an krvni pritisk, astma, glavoboli, te\u017eave s ko\u017eo&#8230;),<br \/>\n\u203a motnje spanja,<br \/>\n\u203a ob\u010dutki tesnobe, panike in razli\u010dni strahovi,<br \/>\n\u203a depresivnost in ob\u010dutja manjvrednosti<\/p>\n<h3>U\u010dinki<\/h3>\n<p>&gt; pove\u010dana zmo\u017enost spro\u0161\u010danja in do\u017eivljanja ob\u010dutka miru,<br \/>\n&gt; ve\u010d energije, entuziazma in vi\u0161je vrednote \u017eivljenja,<br \/>\n&gt; vi\u0161ja samozavest in\u00a0bolj\u0161a sposobnost sprejemanja \u017eivljenja takega, kot je,<br \/>\n&gt; pove\u010dana sposobnost obvladovanja tako kratkoro\u010dnih kot dolgoro\u010dnih stresnih situacij.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Vsebina sre\u010danj<\/h3>\n<p>1) \u010cuje\u010dnost: biti tukaj in zdaj<br \/>\n2) Stanja jaza in \u010duje\u010dnost<br \/>\n3) Stres in psiholo\u0161ko obvladovanje stresa<br \/>\n4) Dihanje in obvladovanje stresa<br \/>\n5) \u010custvena pismenost<br \/>\n6) Mo\u010d misli in prepri\u010danj<br \/>\n7) Medosebni odnosi in komunikacija<br \/>\n8) Osebnostni stili in stres<br \/>\n9) Kvaliteta \u017eivljenja in zavedanje<\/p>\n<h3>Izvedba programa<\/h3>\n<p>Dvomese\u010dni program vklju\u010duje eno individualno in 8 skupinskih sre\u010danj, ki potekajo enkrat tedensko po dve uri ter eno celodnevno sre\u010danje. Posamezna sre\u010danja vklju\u010dujejo teoreti\u010dni del in izkustvene vaje, prav tako pa udele\u017eenci v \u010dasu med sre\u010danji delajo vaje doma. Udele\u017eenci v programu dobijo gradivo za izvajanje vaj \u010duje\u010dnosti doma, in sicer izro\u010dke ter \u0161tiri posnetke vaj z navodili.<\/p>\n<h3>Prispevek<\/h3>\n<p>Prispevek za devet sre\u010danj in eno celodnevno sre\u010danje zna\u0161a na osebo 393,44 EUR + 22% DDV (skupaj 480 EUR). Za redne \u0161tudente in brezposelne se upo\u0161teva 30% popust: 275,41 EUR + 22 % DDV (skupaj 336 EUR).<\/p>\n<h3>Kje in kdaj?<\/h3>\n<p>Program bo potekal v Ljubljani. Sre\u010danja bodo potekala ob torkih med 18.00 in 20.00 uro v prostorih In\u0161tituta IPSA, Stegne 7.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Naslednji termin: 30.9.2025 &#8211; 16.12.2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Informacije in prijave<\/h3>\n<p>Prispevek za devet sre\u010danj in eno celodnevno sre\u010danje\u00a0 zna\u0161a na osebo 393,44 EUR + 22% DDV (skupaj 480 EUR).
